--------------------------------------------- PLANET ANOMALY UPDATE 2006 #9-3 (issued 3-Aug, 14:30 UT) --------------------------------------------- Source star in OGLE 2006-BLG-277 exiting caustic Dear Colleagues, Data collected by OGLE and PLANET, using the Canopus 1.0m telescope (near Hobart, Tasmania), the Danish 1.54m at ESO LaSilla (Chile) and the Perth 0.6m at Bickley (Western Australia), show that OGLE-2006-BULGE-277 is exiting the caustic. The trailing limb exit is expected at approximately 2453951.11 (August 3, 14:43 UT), and the crossing time of the source radius is estimated at 0.22 day. Event: OGLE 2006-BLG-277 RA (J2000): 18:01:14.84 Dec (J2000): -27:48:36.2 The uncalibrated baseline I magnitude reported by the OGLE team is 15.175.
