--------------------------------------------- PLANET ANOMALY ALERT 2006 #7 (issued 6-Jul, 08:40 UT) --------------------------------------------- Suspected deviation in OGLE 2006-BLG-355 Dear Colleagues, PLANET data collected tonight with the Danish 1.54m telescope at ESO LaSilla (Chile) indicate that this event is deviating from a point-source point-mass lens lightcurve. Although the data are noisy, the event has apparently brightened by ~ 0.5 mag in the last 24 hours. The nature of the deviation is unclear and further observations are encouraged. A light curve plot as well as data will soon be available on our webpages. Event: OGLE 2006-BLG-355 RA (J2000): 18:04:04.50 Dec (J2000): -27:10:58.7 The baseline I magnitude reported by the OGLE team is 19.9.
