--------------------------------------------- PLANET ANOMALY UPDATE 2004 #6-1 (issued 11-Jun, 14:00 UT) --------------------------------------------- OGLE 2004-BLG-274 Anomaly Interpretation Retracted Dear Colleagues, A revised fit to the PLANET + OGLE data on OB-2004-274 including blending parameters for all sites indicates that the data are consistent with a point-source point lens model. The anomaly reported earlier today is therefore hereby retracted. Apologies for this false alarm. On the basis of the new fit the current magnification is A = 38, and the event is predicted to reach a peak magnification Amax = 90(+88/-25) at JD=2453169.2(+0.1/-0.2), i.e. Jun 12.7.
